Fedora 17 Beta is released for fendora user
The good news comes for the Fendora 17 user. the Fedora Linux operating system latest version will coming out on May 22nd. The developers early decide to allow the users a public beta which get the full features so that users can expect to get in the full version. Next month, the only changes expected will be bug fixes and security updates.
Dennis Gilmore has told that the beta release of Fedora 17 has been avalaible : "We are delighted to announce the availability of the beta release of Fedora 17. This release of Fedora includes a variety of features both over and under the hood that show off the power and flexibility of the advancing state of free software. - Linux Kernel 3.3
- GIMP 2.8 image editor with a single-window view
- GNOME 3.4 desktop environment with improved themes and new search functions
- Graphics support for GMA 500 Paulsbo chips
- GNOME-boxes virtual machine app
- Multitouch support
- Broadcom wireless chip support
